M5/M6 Threaded Inline Load Cell Rod end Tension Compression Force Sensor
Tension compression load cell FL25 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified.Rod end force transducer FL25 offers rugged structure for industrial applications.Inline load cells are designed to be mounted inline to the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement.The force sensor FL25 can be easily mounted to existing system through M5 or M6 threaded rods located on both sides of the transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit different usage requirements.Model FL25 uses metal foil strain gauge technology with 2.0mV/V rated output,ranges from 10kgf up to 100kgf with maximum 0.5% non-linearity of the full scale. Each sensor is integrated with a 4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for electrical connection.Inl ine load cell FL25 is normally used for press-in force measurement,cylinder push pull force measurement,auto equipment,production line,press machine.etc.
